Just a reminder chaps. The Col would like you to ensure that you have a proper photo of yourselves in your Profile. I would add that it may be in order to update your message in light of your more senior position in the great scheme of things. Now to the bar. Last one to comply buys the round.

I used to take photos like that Brian.....but they used to have names & numbers under their pictures !!

P.S. It was really hard work finding a photo of me, usually I'm behind the lens.....and for good reason :)

P.P.S. Obviously I picked one from many years ago, faster than photoshop for removing the grey!
