Attention all pilots in and around Ohio. Come on over to Ada on Sat. the 26th for a day of fun. Get a chance to meet new friends and meet up with old ones. All are welcome.

Well now, if I am able to find a wingman to ride up with from Columbus, then I will be there! so don't give up on 4 (and 5 or 6) quite yet!

I have to say that in all my years of gaming, I have only played games in a church one other time... and that was the first game I ever played, well over 30 years ago... I can't even remember the name of the game!

Word on the street is that I may have a ride from the Tiggers! Now I just need to hear that from the Tiggers themselves and all will be set... and the funny thing is that Lady Von Tigger layed claim to my Udet Albatross last week... looks like I now have a way to help pay for the gas should the trip take place...

I look forward to bringing you your Spad, upon which the clearcoat is drying as I type this! Woohoooo! Pics for the rest of you coming soon!

Yay I finally have heat and power on at home again. But that wasn't going to stop me from coming down and playing.

I hope you didn't sustain too much damage up there. Another friend of mine lost power and said there were trees and cars knocked over all over the place in Michigan/Ohio border.

Had a blast... by the time we got back into the Columbus Area I was drifting in and out, and when I was sitting at the PC, checking the forum I could barely keep my eyes open. Passed out not long after and just got up... gotta get ready for my event today. I will put up the pics I took in an album later this evening, feel free to steal any you want for your AAR!

Too funny Ken! I usually can post NARs (no action reports), replete with tons of NAP (no action pics) :o "borrowing" AAR pics will be a great way to embellish er, expand, on my exploits of derring do...or don't as has been the case lately :(

Oh no!! ...I hope it's not the dreaded chair-back problem...you know; the problem is between the pc and the back of the chair :D ...I have that problem quite frequently LOL...

First time i ever played the game, right there.. the planes i flew.. the pfaz, near cowman, and the spotted zero, with the smoke.. the old lady..young lady... whatever, shot me down :(... had a blast, love to play with y'all again, real soon.

The first incounter was a basic dogfight. We were out searching for observation planes when we ran into some enemy scout planes. The dreaded Austin in his red Albatross gets on my tail and doesn't stop till my ailerons are shot away and I'm forced out of the fight with a crash landing. barely making it out alive.

That's a great idea!...better yet, just take pics from your house and "white out" any people...we can photoshop them in later and write up a great AAR later ;D

Thanks Jim. I have lots of photos in an album for all to see. But I'm not Aero825 when it comes to AAR's. Now that's who I should have doing my reports...

Hello All, We had a great turn out. There was ten of us. Thank you all for coming, Crystal, Jill, Tim, Ken, John, Ben, Kevin, Brian and Austin.

Now I'm going to try to recount what happened that day. If I'm off please correct me. Thanks

Here is Ben and Brian shooting Kevin down. Kevin was a little green and was still getting use to his kite. If he just had a little more time. It's just when we get replacements in, there's just no time to give them some helpful hints. He got separated from his wing-man and the rest is history. I can only hope he pulled it out before he hit the ground.

Our first dogfight and all allies where shot down with the greatest of ease. But alas Ken the Cowman came to avenge us. It was four to one. Ken yelled that they should go back and get more.

In no time Ken took out the Baron Von Austin. The dog that shot up my kite.
