Some impressions from Paul‘s (Tikkifriend) BSG game at Doncaster.

Mission goal for the Colonials to blow up an Cylon outpost on a planetoid.

Dave spiced up the game with one heavy raider model.

The cylons won the game due to some heavy target failures of the colonials.

Not able to hit a moon, eve if it fills out the whole horizon... :erk:

That heavy raider bucked against its nickname (The "Turkey"). Guns are a bit naff but it still got 2 kills - being a tough little fellow that can ride through collisions helps :)

The death ride of the Colonial kamikaze squadron into the moon was an unexpected move!

Gave the info to the Galactica, that we found the Cylon Resurrection Sh... Box.

Loosing this game was just a tactical maneuver...

How very dare you! :p I’ll have you know I flew all the way through an asteroid belt and didn’t hit one.

I must point two extremely well designed missions:

1) Steve's Swiss Cheese & Chocolate: perfectly painted minis, nicely prepared mats with Alp summits -> great atmosphere!

2) Tim's Team Death Race: awesome idea with pairs and fine rule about shooting from 2+ altitude level. Definitely

Well Daniel if my game didn’t have a snappy title beforehand, it certainly has now

Despite the fact, that we failed the BGS mission, and didn’t shot down a single plane or bomber the weend (sunk some RN ships and bombed a Czech fort), I was finally called to the nearly empty prize table.

Was intersted in a folded Wings of Glory paper mat, but the I spotted this little object and made it mine:

I've seen this on the Forum somewhere, but I can't find it now. The model is from a 3D print file, and if I can get to that, I might be able to fake the schematic drawings from the source. Help?

Ask Mr. Manley. He donated it to the prize table.
