Look at this (unsigned?) link:

http://www.airwar1.org.uk/index.htm

"This site provides an introduction to the history of the Royal Flying Corps (and later RAF) and its aircraft during the First World War, together with links to other related sites and suggestions for further reading. Subsidiary sites look in more detail at four squadron histories and the experiences of a number of RFC officers; links to these are on the page "A Pilot's War (http://www.airwar1.org.uk/apilotswar)" tab above."

Attilio

Stumbled across this site today... http://www.airwar1.org.uk/

Cool site, with lots of info about the RFC (1914-1918), and pics. Also, general WWI air war info.

Obviously, props to Attilio for finding it first... but, as this thread had slipped into the mists of time (2010), I thought I'd resurrect. Apologies if this is counter to forum policy, I just wanted to credit Attilio for the first find.

If you didn't know about this site... enjoy!

A suggestion - the site should have a page for such links. Submit to the Oberst to add them.
