OK this is a real newbie question, but I'm wondering how to get the model planes out of the Wings of Glory Battle of Britain starter set without breaking them? They seem very firmly held in the plastic insert!!

Ok, the planes are the valuable pieces here, not the plastic box. I use a knife or screwdriver to push in the plastic bumps that are holding the planes in place. The plastic is thin so it can be deformed to free the planes. Be careful!

I do the same as Peter. Cut the bump with an XACTO to free the wings. You can then still use the box to keep them in.

Push the bumps in, don't cut them!

Then, when you put the planes back in the box, "pop" the bumps back out to hold the planes securely!

Can be done over and over and over again.

Yep ... that's my method as well.
