Simon, Armaments in Miniature do sets for 1 and 3/St G2 and 7/St G77. For the BoB period the colours used were RLM 70 Swarzgrun and RLM 71 Dunkelgrun upper, and RLM 65 Hellblau undersides. My personal preference is the Lifecolor range of paints, or the Mr Paint range. Lifecolor codes are UA501 (RLM70), UA502 (RLM71) and US503 (RLM65). Mr Paint equivalents are MRP060 (RLM70). MRP061 (RLM71) and MRP058 (RLM65).

Both are formulated for airbrushes, so being thin you need to brush a few layers on.

Steve is right about the RLM colours. Stukas were painted with these colours through the entire war. The camo scheme was also unified (sharp edges/border lines, no mottling and so on. Two exceptions: 1. Eastern Front winter camo: usually whole or partially washable white over the 70/71 upper sides, with greens visible underneath. 2. Med Theatre: usually sand yellow with olive patches or free hand "snake" style irregular lines.
I recommend Pactra acrylic line of original colours with RLM reference numbers on bottles.:)
