Does Zvezda have an air-combat game? I know they have an air-racing ruleset themed around their _Planes_ models....

No. They have called Art of Tactics. It is a board game, with miniatures. The infantry and artillery are i:72 scale. The tanks are 1:100 scale. The single engine planes are 1:144 and twin engine planes 1:200. Everything is considered snap together! The have set for the Spanish Armada?

_AoT_ I am familiar with -- I'm wondering if it might be possible to adapt their air-racing game rules, and not have to futz with card decks at all....

Never saw the air-racing game, but in that case, why not just play Check Your 6?

Two reasons:

1) I can't find a copy of CY6 around here.

2) I'm looking for less complication, not more.
