Bro Chris is having a fit over me and some mates playing some house rules. We're adding climbing and diving to every turn. making altitude a more intragel part of the play. Read my recent post in house rules for details.

Chris accuses me of unfair marketing - even propaganda. Not me.......

Brad, who is hosting this Sunday, had a great idea on a way to torture, I mean tease Chris a bit. He is a graphic artist who collects WW2 propaganda posters. He thought these might help the cause.

Good job my Brother Joe... :)

I must say, good sir, I'll be stickin' to the rules...

Altitude is a commodity...

And it is gotten the old fashioned way...

You must Eaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarn It... Please Note the reference to the old Smith Barney Commercials...

Climb, slow, climb, slow, climb, slow...

However, I will continue to fly against your Aerial Sorcery.

And hey lets be honest here... I'll be practiced up for flying against the modern jet series if Ares releases it...

Chris

(p.s. The Avro Lancaster Landing Gear is awaiting admin approval in the download section for WWII get em' while they are hot...:))

Thanks so much for your kind reply. I am really enjoying the banter this go around. Bro Chris is a purist who loves complexity. I, on the other hand love house rules and simplicity. I hope others try flying with one card planning and pitch.

Now get this... Chris says to me yesterday morn, that there is a desperity in the damage the bomber guns inflict. I agree, and actually have been reading a thread discussing the mennacing Bristol Beaufighter. Over-powered?

I see this as a great way to come together on plan to make the damage consistent. The idea is to consider each barrel when determining how many damage chips to draw. Stay tuned for a revised Fast Rule play book.

March 14 - Raid on Bremen
Gonna be a hoot. Already a lot of "investment" (friends and my- self) in B-17s and P-51s. My Focke Wulfs might have their hands full with those fortresses.

Thanks again,
Joe
