Well got the second play test of the scenario, after pulling some of the rules for air to sea combat from here and also some from juniorgeneral.org.

It's getting closer.

great to see (again). How did you play it differently from game 1? How did the air to sea rules work? It would be nice to get some more feedback as I'm in the process of tightening them up a trifle.
