Doubt they will be of any use for people but thought I'd share anyway. I have done a quick and easy advancement/campaign system for our club to get pople playing. Not the finished product yet but here is the WIP. Will add details as to what skills are acquired as we go on, basically a rookie uses the rookie rules, when you get to vet you gain one skill (we use the ability cards in the file section and deal one at random) and then get another at Vet level, toying with letting them have an extra for every 10 Combat Flying Hours gained after.

Rich, it looks cool :) Ddo you know http://www.littlewars.se/wow/index.html? There is a draft of WoW campaign, may be it can help you or bring some ideas.

All ideas are good ideas, Rich, as a principle, I mean. ;)
I loved the personality traits idea. Very cool.

The traits bit is the next bit to be expanded to be honest as at the moment they seem to do little - going to link them with a longer campaign idea.
Thanks Dan-Sam will have a look - just did; they look cool; for my club the guys want something with less depth, just after something to link the games and give a bit of experience. Will be using the LW ones for my campaign at home though - saves me the trouble of coming up with something :)
