Realy amazing! Sometimes one just isn't supposed to die. I believe he celebrated two birthdays.

GESTAPO were initially suspicious of his claim to have fallen without a parachute until the wreckage of the aircraft was examined.....well i would be also :) God blessed him!

yeap at the bootm of each report there are related links with similar surviving crashes..all of them really impressive! The one who fell upon a building and survived is simply unbelievable

Demonstration of "it's not the fall which kills you -- it's the sudden stop". I admit my knowledge of physics isn't what it should be, but if memory serves, if one doubles the amount of time one is decelerating over, it effectively halves the strength of the impact. Then there's "what is one landing on" -- is it going to give way, or not.

All of 'em are "bad days at the office", but "still -- could be worse"....
