With only 3 entries for this contest, please vote for your two favorite entries. This should give us enough spread to have clear winners for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.

Criteria you should look for when voting for your favorite entry:

Smooth paint
Crisp lines between colors
The Devil is in the details, take time to look for the painted details
Unique subject, is it a pilot/plane that you have seen a lot of?

I also suggest you note your top picks and come back after a while and view them again before voting.

Good Luck everyone!

1. 32 Squadron, B Flight (speculative)
B1 (Flight Commander): Hubert Wilson Godfrey Jones
B2: Charles Edward Murray Pickthorn

Yes it was difficult.
In the end there was only a spot of paint to differentiate between them.
a very good effort by all three participants.

Difficult choice indeed. I would be happy to have any of them in my collection ;)

Good luck and good job to all three contestants.

To me - clear winner is number 1 - but am biased towards more historically accurate - but outstanding paint job, am seriously jealous

I've voted, all three look amazing and like my fellow pilots here I found it difficult to choose, but I think that my choice was the best but only slightly as the others were so good as well.

Are we allowed to discuss exactly which we voted for?

Are we allowed to discuss exactly which we voted for?

Should say not ,careless talk and all that;) probably, but might sway the voting and the tensions great (unless your one of the entrants ) ..

Are we allowed to discuss exactly which we voted for?
I don't think there's actually anything against it. Just remember that the contestants all put a lot of effort into their entries, so focus on the positive aspects of the ones you did vote for. No, "I didn't vote for entry four because the guy obviously couldn't take a good picture if his life depended on it."

Hi Bobbit.
It is not really the done thing to discuss the entries whilst the poll is in progress. If it were an open poll, that would be different as we could all see which way things were going, but in this case it would be bad form old chap.

Looking at the pictures of all three participants I praise my decision not to participate in this contest. No real chance to win against them. All superb, hard to choose, but finally...the votes are casted. What is exciting is that we have three different approaches here: one hostorical, one close to semi-historical and one free-fantasy! You three are winners in 3 different categories:D

Bobit

Yeah, the semi-fantasy one, looking at the first couple of pictures I thought it was disgusting.
But then I saw it over the sea game mat... whoa.
Seriously, I think it was just built for that.
