With great pleasure, I would like to officially announce the arrival of my wingman...

http://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/picture.php?albumid=6&pictureid=3547

Name: Kiefer Logan Upton
Date Entered Service: 20 APR 2010
Wingspan: 21 inches
Takeoff weight: 8 lbs 3 oz

I also need to dispel a couple of rumors. No, he was not born with Famous Aces in his hands. However, the Red Baron was flying sorties in his room before he was born (shooting down a British two seater while being jumped by an American SPAD). And yes, his teething rings will be Litko stands!

Thanks to everyone that has already given us Congrats. Both the little man and Kiefer are doing just fine!

Great to see the little chap at last. He is a fine looking fellow. All that hair already. Long life and happiness to him, and may his engine never stall.

how splendid! Congratulations!!

He's so cute, who would have guessed this is a ruse that he will use to get behind his victims in the air :D .

Here's to the next generation of wargamers. May the wind always be beneath his wings, the sun to his back, and his targets in front!

Hi Keith!
Welcome to fatherhood. But be warned it'll seem like just yesterday and he'll be asking for the car keys!

Best wishes to the Uptons!

I wanted a squadron, but my squadron leader said I could only have a flight. Kids are GREATEST entertainment you will get in life, but they grow up fast, so enjoy every day!

Wow (not Wings of War!) Keith! I have only just picked up on this as I was not a member back then.:)
Congratulations on two great boys! They are so lucky to have you supplying all the Aircraft stuff for them.
I could only produce Girls but one of them did turn out to be a "Petrol Head" though & the other likes Sci Fi so I did pretty good! :D

Thanks guys. The little man is running around like mad, he was walking at 11 months and completely stopped crawling about 6 days after his first steps... he wants to move!

Riley is my my youngest step-daughter, and very much a tom boy. She would have been at Origins this year if I would have let her. The oldest, McKenna, is all girly girl and and only plays Wings of War so she does not feel left out :(

Thanks for the revisit to your family Keith. It is always good to find out how they are going on. It is also good to see the subtle way that you are introducing an aircraft theme into his life. Get them started young is the best policy.:minis:
