Hi Guys :salute:
Does anyone know who can provide gimbal mounts for my WoW aircraft here in Australia?
I'm located in Broadford, near Melbourne.
Cheers:thankyou:

:D G'day Scott!
Mate to my best knowledge no one in Oz sells them. Zoe, Colbatman & myself have all purchased them from Keith (Oberst Hajj on the Forum) via Aerodrome Accessories the add for which is on the RHS of the home page.
They are cheap to buy & post. Keith has lots of 'goodies" that you might like as well!

Oh while I have got your attention why not go to your Profile page & select one of the many great Avitars available. There is a Box on the LHS & scroll down until you find the link!

Cheers Baz.

I picked an Avatar.:camel:

I've been informed that the sale of small rare-earth magnets has been banned in Australia.

http://www.productsafety.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/997517

A permanent ban on small, high powered magnets that are loose or separable came into effect on 15 November.

This ban applies to magnets that:

are small enough to fit into the small parts cylinder used in the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.
have a magnetic flux of 50 or more.
are marketed by the supplier as, or supplied for use as any of the following:
a toy, game or puzzle (including but not limited to an adult desk toy, an educational toy or game, a toy, game or puzzle for mental stimulation or stress relief)
a construction or modelling kit
jewellery to be worn in or around the mouth or nose."

Full details at http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2012L02171

Note that single magnets may be legal, pairs are not. In any event, the Australian supply of Neodymium magnets is iffy.

Oh dear, I just bought 50 last week from a local gaming shop, perhaps I had better go back for more before 'Big Brother' cottons on!

Scott, I have some as well (10 bought from aerodrome some time ago) as well as a complete set of WOW a/c, base game sets, dozens of shapeways models, accessories, card sets, Ftoys etc. If you after something PM and I'll see if we can work out a price. I'm in Melbourne (not near Broadford though) Cheers Daniel

Hi Daniel / Berthier
Ok, will do. But I'll take whatever you can spare as long as we're not paying 'Black-market' prices ;)

Hi Daniel
A reply was sent. Did you receive it.
I always find forum PMing to be a bit awkward.:hmm:
