This is my first time painting a model aircraft this size but I'm pretty pleased with the result. Mind you the AIM 1:200 miniatures are lovely and do make it a lot easier. BTW I replaced the wing cannons with brass wire (drilling the wings is tricky) and the antenna is brass as well. I highly recommend the AIM miniatures...I have some He111's and Ju88's which are also great work and I'll be ordering some 110'a and JU87's to complete my B o B Luftwaffe Command.
Beautiful :)
Which colours did you use (brand and name)?
So you varnish the finished model? It looks rather glossy.

A very nice model indeed! The scheme RLM 70/71/65 is typical for BoB period and colours are perfect. You did a great paintjopb, Mark. Don't let us wait for the rest of your planes too long;)

Tamiya XF-13, XF-3 Humbrol Matt31 Matt65 and yes the model has a satin varnish after the decals were applied (works better for handling).
Excellent job.
