I am probably being stupid here but how do these work together with the movement cards??

There must be an explanation somewhere but I haven't found it. I assume the numbers (D6) refrer to a die but how it all works has got me flummoxed.

The bottom link for both the WWI and WWII sections is a template file you need to get. Cut it out and glue the two sides back to back.

You will see that the template is very close to the typical clock angle. Draw a line between your plane and the enemy plane with the template lying around your plane. The number the line crosses specifies which row (1/12, 2/3, etc.) you use. As you surmised, the colums are the rolls on a six sided die.

Marco, Thanks for that. I see that we break the playing area into 12 sectors. Now it makes sense to me. I have a playing area of 5' x 4' so I'll nne to make the 12 sectors fit that.

Don, there is no need to break a playing area into sectors! :serious: You only check direction on the template! See photos of my simple game I posted in the thread I pasted above.

A very very simple set of rules for bombers transiting the table in formation:

If going towards the target, 1 - go left, 2-5 go straight, 6 - go right

If going to left of target 1 - go right, 2-5 go straight, 6 - go right

etc.

Hi Andzrej, Well, That really clears it up for me. I guess it will all into place when I'm able to print everything out and make the template.

Finally, I know I'm not flying upside down any more.

And in the Campaign Section/Over the Trenches you can see how far our soloing group has gone in that matter. A whole campaign is in progress.:)
