Hello I just signed up to this site and thought I would introduce my self. My name is Rob and I've been playing this game for a couple of years now with me kids. We started off with the WWI game and have just recently tried out the WWII version. Have to say my kids and I like both games. Just found out about this site when I stumbled across a business card for it at origins.

No unfortunately I didn't get to play in any of your events this year. Now that I know how big of a following the game has I will definitely be on the look out for it next time.

I would like to say thanks for all the greetings. This has to be the friendliest forum site I've ever seen and that is a nice change.

Welcome Rob, I remember talking to you at Origins. I was the guy running the WW2 events. Look forward to seeing you again sometime down in Dayton. Also we play at Ada on Sundays after church. Luis lives in Dayton and comes up from Dayton. Maybe you could get a ride with him and join us here.

Rob, do you still have the card you picked up at Origins? If so, who's name is on it? The site tracks referrals and medals are given at 5, 10, 15, and 20.

Glad you found us; this is a very friendly site, with a great bunch of guys and gals.
In addition to the Sunday games Tom runs in Ada, Ken (the Cowman) runs a first Sunday game at the Soldiery in Columbus.
Hope to see you sometime soon.
Karl (from Akron)
