Boney10 wrote a review of another book in this series "Aircraft of WWI". This book is similar (192 pages and many color illustrations) but breaks down by the countries-France/UK-Commonwealth/US/USSR/Others of the Eurouean theater. I like the color illustrations of the different aircraft as it gives you ideas of different paint schemes. Also it breaks down the countries by area where they fought. Again as with the WWI book the only way to see squadron ID's is by the color illustrations. I have 12 books from this series (air/naval/armor) and find them all worth while having for reference.
