  6. Notice how the Allies have cleverly painted their aerodrome with a Japanese flag to confuse the attackers.  ;)     It didn't work.

  9. Scenario 2:  Zeroes rise to meet the attack of unescorted B-17s.
  10. The Zeroes spread their attacks too much and the B-17s delivered the bomb loads and destroyed the airfield.
  11. Scenario 3:  bright and early the next day at the Muster, the Allies must defend their airfield and get two C-47s off the board.  Don't the let C-47...
  12. One of the defending P-40s goes down in flames as the first wave of Japanese bombers bombs the airfield.
  13. Things start to get messy as one of the Japanese bombers is shot down.
  14. The Japanese divert one fighter to pursue the fleeing transports.  Diving while the C-47s are climbing, the fighter never gets the killing shots he...

  16. More furball action as it appears that bombers are on a collision course for each other and Allied Airacobras have entered the fight.  Notice the...
  17. My reaction to being unable to defend the airfield from the Japanese attack.
  18. The Japanese finish off the airfield....
  19. ...and the C-47s escape into the cloud bank or something similar that borders the edge of the gaming area.
