Recon 2010 Florida

Here are some shots from the con. There were a lot of WW1 era games. WOW was played constantly. Enjoy!

  1. 01 Layout of the game.

  4. 04 The scenario was to attack ground targets on the other side of the trench line. Sounds easy with a Gotha and 4 two seaters.

  5. 05 First move

  6. 06 Apparently the strategy changed. The Gotha was left behind as bait while the two seaters high tailed it to the target.

  7. 07 Not looking good for the Gotha, but they got in a couple of good licks of their own.

  8. 08 The sharks are circling.

  9. 09 The Gotha on the way out with the help of 5, count 'em, 5 fighters attacking.

  10. 10 The two seaters on the final approach.

  12. This is a beutiful game laid out for Trench Warfare.
