   David, I will be uploading a high res JPG of the files that anyone with a graphics program can add text to. I will not be uploading the layered Photoshop file as it is close to a Gig in size! I've made a UK specific version that I think a couple of the UK guys plan on having made up. Did you want one just for your area?
