  1. Plastic Wing Bending

  2. Choose a smooth, flat, non-pourous base and place it on a level surface...

  3. stick your master model(s) to the base with a temporary adhesive....

  4. Build a retaining wall around the master(s).....

  5. Mix and pour the silicone compound, and allow to cure overnight.......

  6. Remove the retaining wall.....

  7. To reveal the silicone mold block.....

  8. Prise it from the base and remove the master(s).....

  9. Now you have your mold. Make sure it's still on a level surface....

  10. Poor the liquid plastic resin and wait for it to cure...
