Maybe the plant is on strike or something like that. Do we need to send Ken The Cowman over and negotiate a quick resolve to the situation?

That maybe a good idea. As a former rancher I know that a 'Cowman' knows how to see through BS! So send The Cowman!

Send a letter to the local Comunist Commisar and tell him that we are disapointed with the lazy workers at the Nexus factory who need encouragment to speed up production of WoW products or China will lose face. (no offence intended towards Chinese people)

Sorry, I was raised to SHOOT Commies, not prattle with 'em... (Old-line Cold War worldviews die hard, ya know.) Still think the problem is closer to home... (well, for some of us anyway, it's on the Italian peninsula).

Anyone know some good proctologists who speak Italian?

I was raised the same way D-Back. Italian speaking procto's, they don't have to be good, just painful!

You are correct, I did indeed mean Rip van Winkle! Got my fables mixed up and was already in nap mode when I wrote it. Good catch, I'll buy you a round next time in the OC!

Heck, one of my typical WoW purchases is enough to buy a good shoulder holster for my .45... or a decent-quality HO-scale model locomotive or three.
Like the way you think - with what I've spent on WoW I could have obtained a FN SCAR-H or M-14 SOCOM!!

There is no release dates as of yet. Ares Games should be announcing that some time in the near future.

Guy's just back from a long absence and catching up.

Here's an idea for a scenario. Place the Bombers in the center, (notice I used 'Bomber'S!) and have the action revolve arount them. As they are very slow to maneuver, it wouldn't matter. Have a set spacing that they move ahead and once they have moved from point A to point B, the scenario is over. Or they coould just not move, but that brings up relational positioning issues. Just a thought.

FYI, we have had six bombers at once and while tight, it still worked fine. Make sure there are enough pegs in height so the others can 'Tuck' under the wings of the bombers if need be.

    That's my two cents anyway.

    Snowy signing off!

This kind of system works really well for massed bomber formation games. I've done it with WW2 B-17 boxes several times, and it forms the basis of the "autobomber" rule in Air War 1940.

Maybe they will be better than Nexus, but too late for me, got all mine and I suspect a lot cheaper. But good luck to them.

I saw this movie before Sorry, no offense intended. Thanks for the update, but, I can't get to excited over it as I've gotten tired of waiting around for the new mini's and bombers to come out that I made other arrangements through Shapeways, Calfaber, and Clipper1801. As others have stated I wish ARES much success (which will bring noobs into WoW/WoG). So I hope this date will be accurate...but, I'm not losing any over the announcement.

If any feathers are ruffled, get over it, you should know me by now.

We're all gamers here. If we had a buck for every time some company missed a deadline, or for every supplement or new game that was advertised but never saw the light of day, we could throw a whopping huge party with lots of fine food and drink.

Or, as Alfred E. Neuman put it, "What - me worry?"
