Thread: Painted He-111s and Do-17s

    Default Painted He-111s and Do-17s

Here are the finished products of four Armaments in Miniature models I ordered. Alas, I broke my dominant arm the day after the models arrived , but I wanted to have the planes ready for a game I am running this weekend. My goal was to make them "table ready" (to look good on the game table, but perhaps not looking so good on close inspection).

My thanks go out to richard m schwab who provided advice and access to instructions for homemade bomber stands made by clipper1801. Also, thank you to my wife Jodi who not only provided a second hand, but operated the power tools in making the bases (with my bum wing and all).

    David,
    WELL DONE!
Especially considering the issues you had to contend with.
You have done a very good job of the painting and the stands look great too..
