Thread: Austro-Hungarian seaplans Performance data

    Default Austro-Hungarian seaplans Performance data

I found a nice table about performance data of A.H. seaplanes in the italian translation of Hans Sokol Österreich-Ungarns Seekrieg 1914-1918 (a recent reissue of Libreria Editrice Goriziana, the original work was published in 1933 and the first italian transalation was of the same period).

It's a really detailed work with a lot of info about A.H. Naval Air Force's missions.

I adapted and translated the table

I hope we'll have seaplanes in a new minis series. Adriatic Sea (the sea between Eastern Italian coastline and Balcanic countries coastline) saw a lot of actions with seaplanes during WWI.

Thanks for an interesting find, Attilio. .I hope the new publisher will dig deeper in this particular front fights.

Andrea once mentioned the possibility of adding seaplanes to I think Series VII? But I would prefer they keep the standard scouts coming in the basic series instead of the seaplanes, which I think would make for a nice separate expansion set of rules, or pairing up with the 2 seaters.
