    Found these two interesting book:

"All the Kaisers Men - The Live and Death of the German Soldier at the Wester Front" - Ian Passingham

    and

"The German Offensives of 1918: The Last Desperate Gamble" - Ian Passingham

Anyone read these books and can give me his opinion?

Sorry Daniel I have not heard of those books or the Author before.
You might try Amazon USA & see if they have been reviewed there.

Sorry, did not read these books.

My WW I literature is very limited and only in German language.

I like "In Stahlgewittern" von Ernst Jünger the most.

...and the WWI action of Erwin Rommel "Infanterie greift an".

Try reading actual history books not only novels

"Der Erste Weltkrieg: Eine Europäische Tragödie" ("The First World War") from John Keegan is a good source for an overview of the Great War.
Currently i'm reading "August 1914" ("The Guns of August") from Barbara Tuchman.

Ironically "In Stahlgewittern" ("Storm of Steel") i don't have read yet but i own "Ernst Jüngers Kriegstagebuch 1914-1918"

Also as far as war novels go i recommend "Krieg" ("War") from Ludwig Renn and its sequel "Nachkrieg" ("After War" ? ) and "Heeresbericht" from Edlef Köppen.
