Flight of the Giants Disappointment

I got my Flight of the Giants today and it looks great. A lot of neat concepts and I can't wait to field these monsters.

My problem, however, is that the card-stock for the bombers is really not very good. Anyone else "beef" these up appropriately in some way?

I was surprised I had to punch the cards out. But, I didn't worry about beefing them up. They've played fine.

One idea for you would be to go to an office supply store and get some of that stick-on laminate. I used some for work about three or four years ago and it worked well. It's basically a thin clear plastic sheet with adhesive on one side.

Or you could laminate them properly then cut them out.

Yeah I was thinking of laminating them or scanning them, and then printing them in 110 lb card stock paper and recutting them.

...or wait until the mini's come out and you won't have the "beef" problem...at least for the 2 coming out later this year.
