Has anyone used the models from bloods red skies? I wondered how the work in comparison to WOG?

In the past there have been some discussions about this. One is HERE.
Obviously they can be used, but mixing with ARES planes (and/or AIM) its up to your acceptance of their differences.
As discussed in the above link, the quality changes from model to model. I did a metal Me 410, quite ok. Dumped the Zero, very poor. Currently trying to fix issues with the Macchi 200, which I wouldnt recommend either. No more BRS models to come with my wallet.
ive got a bunch in the pipeline. as others have said quality varies, but so far, ive liked the ones ive gotten.
One issue I've had is that some are made of pewter; cheaper and can be made locally (UK) wherein most plastic injection models are made in China.
However, the weight can be an issue with pewter ones.

That's good to know. I was looing at the AIM models as well. What does everyone do for bases? Sorry to ask so much I have had the BoB set for awhile and wanted to start expanding that.
Litko produce suitable bases, Curtis.
