I believe it is the same stats for the Wings of War balloons, too.

Parseval-Siegsfeld - 28 (Shapeways or AIM minis)
Achthundert English AE 800 - 28 (Wings of War or Shapeways mini)
Entente:
Caquot M - 28 (Wings of War or Shapeways mini)

We've started a cooperative campaign flying Germans against AI app. That app works very well.
