Default WWI AAR - Balloon Busting - July 2017

As part of my 2017 New Year's resolutions, I made a goal to plan a dedicated gaming day, with my wife's permission of course, at least once every 4-6 weeks...so far so good!! I was able to coordinate some Wings of Glory games at Madness Games and Comics in Plano, TX last Saturday, July 15th and we played three games, two WWI and one WWII. The first AAR is posted below...enjoy!

We used the Basic and Standard Rules only in Game 1 for ease of play and to allow for walk ups. The Entente Powers gained the upper hand early with almost all of the action on the Central Powers side of the map.

Game 1 - Fokker Dr.Is vs. Sopwith Camels

Entente Powers - Mark Swenholt, Bob Hall & Alan Richbourg. Mark Galbraith also joined in during the game.
Central Powers - Mike Jones (aka Dwarflord22), Randy Flowers & Les Swanson

    1 - Ready for Battle

2 - Central Powers Pilots - Les Swanson, Randy Flowers & Mike Jones (aka Dwarflord22) - left to right

3 -Entente Powers Pilots - Mark Swenholt, Bob Hall & Alan Richbourg - left to right

4 - First Exchange of Fire

    5 - Furball!

    6 - Flaming Stackard

    7 - Lothar's Fokker is Down!

    8 -Kirschstein is Down!!

9 - Entente Swarming Central Powers Balloon

    10 - AA Gun Silenced

11 - Second AA Gun Out of Action

    12 - Last Stand

    13 - Balloon Down...Entente Victory!!!
