    I saw this on Facebook over the weekend, and was very impressed at the rules set. I don't think I would be golfing during an air raid!

    The phrase "except in rare instances" crops up frequently in auto racing, because as sure as my butt points backwards there's going to be some oddball circumstance which needs to be ruled on immediately....
