The ships are in the middle coming on from the side, with the air escort.
I think it's fairly "open to interpretation" - give it your best.

    Does this help Baz ?!
Ships will be deployed in the center of the two mats, and aircraft will move in from opposite ends of the mats on move one.
So it's the enemy edge for the Eagles !

Any edge will do as long as the defenders are at a non adjacent edge.

I suppose, technically, I should have started meine Adlers a bit more to the left - but I think the result would have been pretty much the same ...

Just need the booze to get over the idea of some Doc playing 'Up Periscope' with your internals
Been there myself - Hope you did some damage to the Hardy's !

Same here Baz - so I just threw dice to see where they started. In the end the two opposing sides started opposite corners with the ships in centre heading towards the entente guys. Hope that is acceptable, 'cos its too late if it isn't

You know that I like to give you chaps a bit of scope for imagination and improvisation.
As far as I am concerned it is the story line which matters more than sticking to a rigid script.
So don't worry about the rules. If anyone is totally outrageous, i'm sure Uncle will soon have something to say on the subject. Whatever happened to all that cloud cover we used to nip in and out of?
