Smile How rare is the Adolph Galland Me 109e?

    G'day All!
I presume the Galland yellow nosed Me 109e is pretty rare.
Why I asked is that one of my games club mates, Brendan who does NOT play WoG (40K & Infinity) brought me a present from Cancon after I had to abort my visit due to picking up a very nasty Virus.
Yes it was a second hand Galland Messer!
I am pretty sure he would not have paid more than $20 Aus for it but had no idea of its true value. ( neither did the seller it seems)
Anyway this is my 2nd Lucky strike with WW2 WoG gear after winning the first Origins Raffle!

Probably used up all my luck for about 10 years!

    Nice catch there Baz!

It's great when a mate does you a favour like that.

A certain Captain Hedeby visited a Bring'n'Buy table at a previous Hammerhead show, and came back to the WGF table with a 'Galland' he had just bought for £5!!!!
    I was so
Then he calmly informed me that there was another one still there..................................needless to say, 20 seconds later it WASN'T!
I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!

This is a holy luck! I guess Galland and Brumowski are two rarest minis of their games. Fortunately I have both of them, so I am not envy, just:

Baz you sure have some good friends. As some of the others I have that one so happy received it. Don't know why but I have 2 each of the other 109's but only one Galland.

There are 2 on ebay right now going for ~75 Dollars. I would say you have a very generous friend.
