Not yet, as I haven't been able to get to that project. I'm not sure Sashdash is able to get to that project, either.
It will take a lot of effort, to get it looking right, besides all the graphic work just to do the arrows.

I suppose that there will have to be two Mates cards for each manoeuvre deck, one for the slow manoeuvres and one for the fast ones.
I was thinking that with these Squadron packs mates might be an advantage rather than having umpteen manoever decks. On reflection though if we play squadron games it will probably be extra damage tokens that will be needed.
