Well, again, I seem to do better for the enemy side than my own Adlers.
This was a tough one, especially when Jaeger took so much damage early and had to bail, leaving only Wolfram to guard the Rumpler.
I do have to quit second-guessing myself and let the cards fall as they may ...
If I had attacked the first target instead of thinking "that was too easy!" and redrawing the target cards, things might have been better.
Oh well ...
At least my Adlers all survived, unlike poor Bulldog Eric Hillborn who has seen his last mission. Time to find another pilot photo ...
But I also have my first Bulldog ace in David Rimmer, who so far always shoots down enemies in pairs.
It was an interesting mission, Baz. And a lot quicker than than the previous one, as you pointed out in your briefing.
Now on to the planning of Mission 9 before heading to New Jersey for a week next weekend.
