    Default Excellent Customer Service!

    I placed an order with Shapeways to take advantage of their Year-end Sale.

    When it arrived, I discovered that the six Albatros D.II (early) models I ordered had been produced in two batches;

    3470683B contained two pristine complete model planes.

    3470683C contained the other four, but all had been produced without their propellers.

    Shapeways is the best for customer satisfaction.

    I had an order from the same sale disappear. UPS claims to have delivered it but I never received it. Shapeways is sending a complete replacement order. Can't beat that!
