    They are such iconic helicopters that I imagine many museums and private collectors will own one and some will be kept flying.

    Cool. Great chopper & one of my favourite noises in the universe!
    Chickenhawk is an excellent book - recommend it if you haven't read it!

    The New Zealand Air Force retired it's last Huey on 1 July 2015 unfortunately, so I don't get the flyovers
    of my house anymore. Not that it was regular, but it always had me moving to a window to watch them.
