Default New in to the Aerodrome

Good day fellow recruits and volunteers!
I've just joined the aerodrome, and am pleased to claim my allegiance to the North of England squad. I'm looking for fellow wingmen and wingwomen from the Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and Durham area for sorties on a casual basis. I live in Gateshead
I've only been flying for around 9 months, having spet some time fighting for the 'Dark Side' in various X-Wing and Tie type kites, if you know what I mean.
    Contact me for sorties, etc.

Warm greetings and welcome to the Aerodrome from the frozen state of Maine. I've been able to keep from being drawn in to the 'Dark Side' of X-Wings. The 'Dark Side' of WGS did pull me in though! If I can only keep it to one 'Dark Side"!

Nice to meet you. We've had snow here in NE England recently, but only 1inch, probably nothing compared to Massachusetts though. Off to Finnish Lappland in 2 weeks though.
    Wingman me?

    Thanks Chris.
I'm ex-Sheffield student with family friends from Tickhill, so fairly familiar with the Donny area.
Still trying to work out the Aerodrome layout and etiquette.....
    Wingman for me perhaps??

    Thumbs up

G'day Colin & welcome to the 'drome on behalf of the pilots who fly in NSW down in Australia.

You are correct in saying there is just so much to explore on the Forum & just take your time to get aquainted with all the sections but do not forget to drop into the Officers Club for a drink & friendly chat.

Will do, Boss. I'll work through this list in order and see what happens. Desperately seeking gamers in my area! How do I join a 'Flight'? Invitation only or by request?

You are posted to the nearest Flight Colin, so you will be in Tyne and Wear as soon as I update the Rosta, which should have been done by now for the start of this year.
