Default TVAL's 1917 French Hanriot HD.1 aircraft in Belgian colours

For those forum members who love the Hanriot HD.1 I thought I would post a link to this footage taken on 24 April 2016. The Vintage Aviator's original (1917) Hanriot HD.1 is shown here during it's first public display in New Zealand at Hood Aerodrome, Masterton.

Need one in USN colors (post-war it may be, but...).

    Great photograph, Carl.

In the background, that is the reproduction of the Albatros D.Va flown by Vizefeldwebel Josef Mai (30 victories) of Jasta 5, is it not?

It looks a treat Carl & might inspire some repaints.

This one was previously at the RAF Museum at Hendon. I believe it was swapped to NZ as part of the deal which saw Hendon get an Albatros DV and an RE8 replica.

I wish I lived in New Zealand near the Hood Aerodrome, Masterton, I would go there every day I could.

[sigh] I still have three of them, but nowhere to build them -- I want to do them in my "alternate history" USN colors (where the US gets involved in 1915, and is equipped with Hanriots in the VF units).
