Hi Guys, I have just completed making some new sections of my 3D terrain for the game and thought I would share a few pics with the group. Roger Wilco out!

These shots look marvelous, Trevor! I particularly like the WW2 shots with only the pegs...

How does the 3D terrain hold up to you playing over it with the plane stands?

    All the best,
    Matt

Really beautiful work, Trevor! The terrain looks realistic and appears to work well with the flight stands. I would go this route if I had a more permanent area in which to game.

    This looks really awesome, Trev.
I would love to do something like this, but wonder about storage compatibility since my play area is not permanent.

I think at least a small area for closeup photos for AARs would be a great addition for me.
    REP inbound.

Does this help in understanding how the photo was taken. Sorry if it destroyed the illusion.

Hi Pete, the entire terrain set (all 12 panels) are made using 600mm x 600mm interlocking EVA rubber camping floor panels. I store them in a little rack I made that is mounted on my workshop wall. The terrain materials are Woodland Scenics foliage and flocking powders and are glued on using PVA glue.

Trevor, I found this on the web today and thought it looked a lot like the Black & White photo you took of your 3D mat
