Thanks guys! I'm already looking forward to meeting you again as well. I will certainly bring Michal (new pilot) with me, he already confirmed participation.

It's very nice hearing that my Crete scenario is still amoung your memories of our past Con. Glad you liked it.

As for upcoming Con I'm still considering possibilities. Some ideas already coming to my head, but need to work them out further. Not even decided whether it will be WGF or WGS era. What I would certainly like to do is to allow you flying with some aircrafts which are not often seen on game tables (like I did in Crete with Gladiators and Me 110s). Anyway, whatever it will be you're warmly welcomed at the table!

Are we going to have lunch on the Saturday like last year with everyone bringing something traditional from their home country?

Guys, It is going to be a Second Bloody April 1917-2017!
Any gaming ideas? A Bloody April campaign for all? Let's celebrate it in a WGF manner!
It's just came to my mind... Why do not we drop the WGS and focus solely on Bloody April Anniversary?

Every participant would take a role of a historical combatant. A kind of Bloody April reenactment.

Sounds like a great idea to me Andy. Are you thinking a Saturday for this or a Friday afternoon/ Sunday at the games shop?

Any time, Paul. That would be a memorable event, IMHO. But the Czech pilots have the casting vote.

For the Bloody April anniversary I could image some celebration missions, maybe the big one at Friday evening.

But to skip WGS and SOG missions... I don't know.

There are a few WGS missions I want to participate if possible. Wasn't able to play some of Michal's mission last year.

So we have one WW I mission out if 6

    Airfields near Trench Line (Kubajs)

Three WWII missions out of 6

    Adlertag (Tikkifriend)
    Komet Attack (Nightbomber)
    ? (Rafal)

Two 3rd table missions (out of 6 ?)

    Abukir (SoG)
    Captured & Confiscated (SoG)

Do we have a rough guess who the other hosts are and how many missions they'll offer?

I think we can expect a mission from Dan-Sam (maybe the WGS one he hosted at Origins).
Beside this I think Michal and his fahter Bumblebee will grant us some WGS missions, too.

I had my thoughts about the third table and I think we're more flexibel without a fixed roster of campaigners like last year.

Do not hurt me, but some missions last year were a little bit overcrowded and hard to handle.

With a continous WGF mission offer on the 3rd table, the number of players for each table can be more balanced.

    Why WGF?

...because the kids love it and some gamers simply prefer the easier way to fly and enter the world of WGF. Maybe we can prepare a little 3rd table mission list with scenarios that can be host by everyone and are fun to play with 4 - 10 players. (two way balloon busting, dogfight with aces, bomber interception, bombing, recon, etc.)

I'm in contact with Ladinek for the Summer Con repaint prices:

    1st place will be a B17G
2nd and 3rd place will be a Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate

So don't waste time and start your repaint project.

The mission list in the first post is not up to date now.
Sorry for that. Hope that Dan will fill in the already known missions soon.

For SoG there are two missions by Sven and one by Dan.

For WGF there is a tribute to Rickenbacker (by Chalicek) and a strafing mission (by Mauhur) for saturday morning.
And special mission by Andrea for sunday morning.

The third table will be dedicated to Czech pilots during WW2. We have prepared 4 missions for saturday and one for sunday based on history and What if in 1938.

If I'm right we have one free slot at saturday afternoon for WGF and one for WGS (maybe WGF depending on Rafals choice). Bloody april mission is welcome.

Depending on the place and the number of participants we will consider the fourth free table.

    Sounds good.

For me annually is the January dedicated to another hobby - slot car racing.

But February and March is enough time to finish.
I have already primed. And decals are ready too.

Good point with "crowded tables", Sven. Players should be "distributed" more evenly, if possible.

Maybe I should reduce myself to one SoG mission (Abukir) and offer a WGF A-H front scenario instead?

I have an idea for a vice versa balloon busting with aces.
