Thread: Komets (Kraftei) in the pipeline

  1. #1

Default Komets (Kraftei) in the pipeline

AIM Me 163 Komets are excellent resin 1:200 minis and I highly recommend them. I bought 6 of them for my Prague game (if allowed by the organizers). Well, maybe not the whole 6.
October/ November time is the best workbench time for me (no Sun), so stay tuned and watch them taking oooooof.

6 Comets so how many B-17's will there be? A bomber stream maybe. Can't wait to see the finished planes.

2 of them are being prepared as gifts/prizes, dear Bob .

I should know something like that would happen because of the person you are. You are one of the many great people here.

Sounds like it better be time I get my little Floh out to work on, along with his bigger brother, the 262 - I have one each from AIM, and they are gorgeous little models. Yours and Steve's and Sven's work with these jets is inspiring - it was particularly nice to see your 262s at Origins this past year, Andy!

I look forward to seeing these finished up!

    All the best,
    Matt

I'm curious for the result, Andrzej.

I think I can assist next year with a pair of B-17s for your mission.

Thanks, Sven. We should discuss this project and maybe playtest the rules before Prague within our groups.
    I have some rough ideas.

Love the Schwarzgruen and Braunviolet, Andy - probably my favorite top-side mix...
I'm looking forward to doing my 163 in a similar scheme...

    All the best,
    Matt
