Stats on planes from the 1930s

I am creating some card for the Chaco war but i don't how to determining maneuvers and armaments. does anyone have any stats or procedures for designing such cards. I will post what I have.

The interwar planes are a problem: too fast for WGF and too slow for WGS. I had a slot on the to-do list to look into this, but the last 6 months got redirected to domestic health issues.
I'll see if I can give an opinion soon.
