Thread: Limited activities the next two weeks.

Default Limited activities the next two weeks.

Gentlemen, I proudly announce that two and a half year of waiting, planing and saving money have an end now.

Thursday morning, I'll take off from Nürnberg airport to Tokyo via Frankfurt.

Two weeks of vacation from family, work and home with an old buddy & friend from school times.

So I'll have a look from time to time into the aerodrome, but writing post with a smartphone is though work (no - I can't dictate messages - my iPhone speaks only German )

Back from Far East - need a few days to dig in in forum activities again.

Just a quick information that the WW II stuff in Japan was very limited.

Anyways an amazig and interesting trip.

George Carlin's quote about "asking a Native American" applies here:

"We made them just a *little* difficult to come by...."

And I came to the conclusion that they can drink their Sake themselves.

Tested it twice - warm & cold.

Had to import two bottles of the good stuff by myself.

They serve the beer in glasses that were cooled down to -20 Celsius.

Normaly a middle aged mam like me likes the beer basement coold, but in this wet heat it's the best way to drink it.
