    Default Scarborough squadron reporting in

Clear skies here in sunny Scarborough!

I dabble in WW1 and am introducing the game to unsuspecting regulars at Scarborough Games Society.

I'll be posting here in the future for advice on expanding my collection. It's a lovely game but it's been on the back burner since a game involving wars among the stars entered the market. Now that we've got a large group hooked on collecting pre-painted minis I think it's time to reveal the true aces of the sky...

Welcome Simon. Already sent you a PM. Keep an eye out for upcoming releases from Ares. The forum gets a first glimpse at what is on offer and sometimes we can influence the next series. (sometimes).

Good to hear from you Wingman.
Now I can formally welcome you to the Drome on behalf of all the Squadrons based here in the U.K.
I'm sure that you will be able to glean a lot of information from the very knowledgeable group we have amongst our membership.
See you in the Officer's Club.

As far as expanding your collection, there is of course, the just-mailed Series 9 for WGF: most of the offerings from this series were early/mid-war, and had some special (entirely optional) cards for the various aircraft & pilots to boot.

And have you seen Clipper's posting? http://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/sho...r-s-List/page3
