So, yes, along with the Aerodrome specials for pre-ordering (=ACE ability tokens, propeller rulers, and special damage tokens), each aircraft had some special cards. Some went with that particular airplane, some were aircrew ability cards.
The Albatros:
The Nieuport (each listed separately, due to being too busy as a single image).
Chaput's abilities:
De Turenne's abilities:
and Ancillotto's abilities (note: interesting that he has two cards, for different periods in his carreer):

Sam,
Thanks for the images, but they are a bit fuzzy. Did the Nieuport 11s end up with any sharp turns in their "E" maneuver decks?

Nice unboxing post Sam.
Bit perturbed about the size of those Nieuport Rockets they are about 3 times larger that the ones on the Nieuport in the Balloon Box set.
Interesting thing here is that the Phönix D-I has two climb cards (both steep), but also has a non-steep stall.
I'm finishing the Current Contents Update for Series 9, but have not received Karl Urban's Phonix yet. I tried to read the data in the photos, but just couldn't make everything out. The format that I am using is as follows:
WGF121C Phönix D.I (w/ Unreachable Machine Guns) Stabsfeldwebel Kurt Gruber (Level 01 & 02; Perfect Aim, Acrobatic Pilot) Kaiserliche und Koenigliche Luftfahrtruppen●Flik 60J (A/X)
If you could fill in that data for WGF121B, I'd really appreciate it as I could get the update posted.......thanks for any info that you can provide.
Very helpful images Sam - the Y deck is clearly a slower version of the K deck rather than a replication of the G* deck as some thought. Moves & speed are the same but the G deck has steep side slips.
With this clarification I have updated my WoG Manoeuvre Deck Breakdown to v4 and put it here in the files

Those boxes look fantastic...
Voilà le soleil d'Austerlitz!
Is there any special rule included for this?
I have got mine but have had the time to unpack them yet, and I am retired!
I was just curious as the Phönix will have 2 dive cards and other planes just 1. Are you allowed to dive twice in the same turn?
But you can, sort of, do that allready with all planes if you splitt the sequence over 2 turns. (last card turn 1, 2nd card turn 2) Just needs a little more planning...
Can't wait for mine to arrive. Last time I looked they were on Jamaica!!??
