You should be able to "right click" on an image, and save it to your computer. Then, open any program that will print, even MS Word, insert the image you copied, and adjust it to the right size. For fighter cards, that would be 44mm wide by 68mm high (set your MS Word program to use cms in "Options"). Then print. Measure the output, to ensure the printer didn't "scale" the image to something different.
I print several cards together on a singe sheet of matte presentation paper, which gives near photo quality with slightly more rigid paper than just regular printer paper.
