Thread: Off on me jollies !!

Default Off on me jollies !!

So its toodle pip and chin chin from me for a while.. off to get some sights and sunshine for the next ten days - incorporating the good lady wife's birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary.. (lol didn't realise it was Pearl until I went card shopping - doh !)

So its off to a very sunny Dubrovnik (or King's Landing for the Games of Thrones fans out there)

Keep the printing presses well oiled (as opposed to the editor, lol) Wi-Fi permitting I hope to drop on every now and again.

Look after yourselves one and all and I'll be back soon

BTW - have you sorted out a Geordie/English interpreter for Neil's editorials in your absence?

Have a good holiday Chris. Take your thermals, 'cos winter is coming!

As it's your 30th, perhaps you should have gone to Hawaii and taken your better half to see PEARL Harbor

Now there's an idea.... as I put in senior managements card last week - '29th anniversary, Boiler repair, who knew ?!'
She laughed out loud at our long standing family joke that something 'kin' expensive always goes wrong about the time of our anniversary that could limit our plans. 3rd year is tin - new exhaust on the car which fell off on holiday, that sort of thing.

Congratulations on a really special milestone.

Well done - you're a lucky man, Rob, to have found a woman who allows you to pursue your interests, and joins in on the odd occasion.

Here's to the two of you!
