I'm away from my references at the moment, but it looks like an LVG to me - maybe a C.V?
Look like LVG or DFW C.V but the struts are puzzling. I haven't seen this on LVG or DFW yet. Upper wing shape is odd to me. Maybe a prototype?
The strut design and tail have AGO C.V? likeness.
AGO C.IV
This example of a late production Ago C IV was clearly cosidered something of a trophy by its No 32 Squadron, RFC, captors. This machine, C8964/16, captured on 29 July 1917, was flown to Britain for detailed evaluation, but crashed on 17 August 1917. Note Ago's adoption of a Sopwith style fixed fin on the later C IVs.
Here is a better angle.
A departure from the manufacturer's pod-and-boom designs, it featured a more conventional biplane layout whose only unusual feature was the tapered wings. Large orders were placed with AGO and two other manufacturers who were to build them under licence, but less than 100 were actually delivered. Although fast and well-armed, the C.IV was unstable in the air and was disliked by aircrew. Early production examples had a comma shaped rudder and no fin, while later aircraft had an additional curved fin, along with additional struts bracing the ailerons and tail.
That's about where I got to with it John.

Looks like the real deal. Good hunting John.
Thanks Gentlemen!
