Size: 37.3 KB this one was on EBay at Initially £50 (too rich for my blood) after it failed to sell it came back on for £25, as I had paid £2 for the 10 year badge, and £5 for the 15 year badge, I passed on that "deal" I did have my eyes on a 20 year badge, But I forgot about it, as I was watching "Casualty" on TVName: BOAC 20.jpg

Size: 4.4 KB, So here's what I know so far, Each badge has a different colour 5 years Navy Blue, 10 years Green, 15 years Light Blue, 20 years Red , My 15 badge is hallmarked (Silver) the 15 year is base metal, with a coat of gold plate, and there are two types of fittings (Tie clip & Lapel), So can anyone add to my knowledge about B.O.A.C long service badges?

I remember when my Dad was stationed in Italy and we used to live there, flying home for holidays on either a VC-10 or a Tri-Star

Yes, didn't they kill off the Super VC-10 and thereby do over the UK's civilian aerospace industry in favour of Boeing on the strength of the Suer VC-10's engines, and then buy 707s with the same engines? Nice one chaps :/
